View demos and applications from the keynote

During today’s keynote, Kevin Lynch showed off some of the great uses of Adobe AIR, Flex, Flash, Dreamweaver in applications and content created by the Adobe developer community. We’re constantly inspired by what the community is creating, and can’t wait to see more.

Below, we’ve provided links to the apps and content mentioned by Kevin.

Developer Connection:

Video:

  • HD Video support in Flash Player MovieStar (CSI -- thanks CBS!)

  • www.halo3.com -- Thanks to Microsoft for a great use of Flash video.

AMP:

Website Development

Scrap Blog: www.scrapblog.com -- a great example of a rich application for creating online scrapbooks.

Day in the life of AIR: Kevin demonstrated what it's like to spend a full day working with AIR applications. This demo combined publicly available applications as well as some that are in currently development.

Bringing it all together:

  • Anthropologie Online Catalog and transition to rich shopping cart -- www.anthropologie.com

  • Anthropologie Desktop -- Thanks to Anthropologie and Allurent for letting Kevin demo this application currently in development. www.allurent.com

Don't forget the MTV Adobe AIR Challenge! -- http://adobe.mtv.com

Many thanks to the many community members who shared these applications with us today.

Also thanks to Adrian Ludwig of the Adobe AIR team for providing this list of URLs with us so we could all have a closer look.

Many of the URLs in this page are not correct. For example, Pownce points to http://www.blogger.com/www.pownce.com ; SAP points to http://www.blogger.com/www.sap.com
The problem with these links is the prefix of blogger.com.
Kindly correct them.
